Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our growing team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the company recruits, supports, and develops a talented workforce. You will play a crucial role in defining our HR strategy and objectives, enhancing the employee experience, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage organizational change and development.
  • conduct training sessions to support employee development.
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting.
  • Support the creation of a talent management strategy.
  • Collaborate with management on workforce planning.
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee retention.
  • Provide guidance on HR compliance matters.
  • Ensure HR practices align with the company’s values.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
