Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will have experience facilitating HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This role is key in ensuring our HR policies align with our strategic objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle from job advertisement to offer negotiation.
• Develop and deliver training programs in alignment with business goals.
• Provide advice and support to managers on performance management and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and South African labour legislation.
• Assist in employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Maintain HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making.
• Support the development of a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
• Update and manage the HR information system.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR
• Master's degree in HR Management is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR roles

Certifications

• CIPD Level 7 Diploma in HR Management
