Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly and yearly financial closings.
• Analyze financial discrepancies and present solutions.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist in financial planning and strategy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of accounting experience

Technical Skills

• Accounting Software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)
• Excel Proficiency

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or similar

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in financial forecasting and budgeting: Knowledgeable in creating financial forecasts and budgets.
