Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of production processes using statistical methods.
• Manage special projects aimed at elevating production capabilities.
• Develop continuous improvement programs to increase net productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues.
• Assess equipment performance and recommend upgrades.
• Incorporate workplace safety improvements into engineering processes.
• Document and present project results to stakeholders.
• Advise management on manufacturing strategy and policies.
• Engage with suppliers to gauge industry best practices.
• Participate in problem-solving initiatives at all levels of manufacturing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
• Master's degree is an asset

Experience

• 5+ years of industrial engineering experience with proven results in manufacturing settings
