Responsibilities
Lead initiatives for policy development and implementation across the organization.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Work closely with the HR team on employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Support the onboarding process by providing policy-related information to new hires.
Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
Higher qualification in HR management is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in a similar HR role
