Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Specialist to lead our training initiatives. You will collaborate with various departments to develop customized training programs, assess outcomes, and ensure continuous improvement in learning processes, thereby enhancing employee engagement and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assess current training programs and implement enhancements.
• Develop e-learning modules for remote training sessions.
• Facilitate onboarding processes and ensure new hires are effectively integrated.
• Analyze employee performance metrics to inform future training needs.
• Organize workshops and seminars to promote skill development.
• Act as a resource for employees seeking professional development advice.
• Establish partnerships with educational institutions for collaborative learning opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports on training outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or Psychology
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in L&D, with experience in leadership training preferred
