Job Description

We are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and make recommendations to improve our financial processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial models and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis to support decision making.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance indicators.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insight.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts based on historical data.
• Identify trends and patterns in financial performance.
• Conduct variance analysis to interpret financial data.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Develop financial models to predict future performance.
• Support in the preparation of audit materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Master's degree in Finance is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis roles
