Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and determine treatment goals.
• Create treatment plans tailored to individual rehabilitation needs.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities to relieve pain and enhance recovery.
• Document patient interactions and treatment efficacy.
• Work alongside other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Encourage patients through motivational support during therapy.
• Stay informed about new physiotherapy techniques and practices.
• Engage in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
• Registration with HPCSA

Experience

• 3+ years in diverse therapy environments

• Exercise Prescription

Certifications

• First Aid Certification
• Kinesiology Taping Certification (Optional)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with Neurological Rehabilitation: Experience working with patients recovering from neurological disorders.
• Certification in Dry Needling: Certifications in advanced therapeutic techniques such as dry needling.
