Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide comprehensive medication management to our patients. The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient education initiatives to promote adherence to treatment plans.
• Perform clinical audits to assess adherence to guidelines.
• Respond to medication inquiries from patients and staff.
• Collaborate with insurance companies regarding drug coverage issues.
• Support the implementation of medication management programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Master's degree in Pharmacotherapy is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical role preferred
