Responsibilities
Lead patient education initiatives to promote adherence to treatment plans.
Perform clinical audits to assess adherence to guidelines.
Respond to medication inquiries from patients and staff.
Collaborate with insurance companies regarding drug coverage issues.
Support the implementation of medication management programs.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
Master's degree in Pharmacotherapy is a plus
Experience
2+ years of experience in a clinical role preferred
