Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Manager who will oversee and enhance our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and leadership skills while driving efficiency and effectiveness in our logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain projects and initiatives focused on process improvement.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
• Review and approve purchase orders and contracts.
• Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting for supply chain activities.
• Develop training programs for supply chain staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Procurement
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience related to supply chain operations

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis
• SAP ERP Software

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with automation in supply chain processes: Knowledge of how to leverage technology for greater efficiency.
