Job Description

We are seeking an Organizational Performance Analyst to join our team in Sandton. This role involves analyzing and enhancing organizational performance metrics, contributing to strategy development, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
