Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate HR Generalist to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role requires a proactive approach to managing HR initiatives and a dedication to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Implement recruitment strategies and conduct interviews.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR processes.
  • Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Assist in the development of compensation and benefits packages.
  • Evaluate and improve HR systems and processes for efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Postgraduate diploma in HR is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
