Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits when necessary to better understand client situations.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
• Report to management on the progress of client cases and program outcomes.
• Utilize community resources to assist clients in achieving their goals.
• Collaborate with schools and healthcare providers to support client well-being.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in mental health or community social work
