• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
• Work collaboratively with local agencies to coordinate services.
• Implement prevention programs addressing social challenges.
• Participate in community meetings and representation.
• Assist in fundraising and awareness campaigns.
• Stay informed about legislative changes impacting social services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community services

Certifications

• Registered Social Worker (RSW)
• Child Protection Training Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous
