Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team to achieve operational objectives.
• Ensure effective stock control and inventory accuracy.
• Manage safety and compliance audits.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with logistics for timely product delivery.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and upgrades.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and staff productivity.
• Set and monitor annual operational budgets.
• Implement training programs for staff development.
• Handle customer inquiries related to inventory availability and order status.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics
