Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Hospitality Manager to lead our team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for enhancing guest satisfaction, managing staff, and ensuring the hotel meets its operational goals while maintaining a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance service quality.
  • Analyze financial reports and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration.
  • Implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates.
  • Coordinate with maintenance to ensure hotel facilities are well-maintained.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Promote sustainability initiatives within hotel operations.
  • Work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Report directly to the General Manager on hotel performance metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage

  • 5+ years in a hospitality managerial role
