• Lead hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance service quality.
• Analyze financial reports and make recommendations for improvement.

• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure hotel facilities are well-maintained.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage
• Budget Management Proven ability to manage and optimize budgets.
• Customer Service Excellence Skilled in enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Leadership Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certified Hospitality Supervisor
• First Aid Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with property management systems: Familiarity with hotel software like Opera or RoomMaster.
• Fluency in a second language: Ability to communicate in Afrikaans or another language is a plus.
