Job Description

We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Durban team. In this role, you'll troubleshoot technical issues, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure clients have the best experience with our products.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer issues and ensure all queries are addressed.
  • Work closely with product and development teams to provide feedback from customers.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and document solutions to common problems.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing issues and share best practices.
  • Assist in the creation of user documentation and training materials.
  • Engage in personal development and training opportunities to enhance skills and service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar technical role
