We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Durban team. In this role, you'll troubleshoot technical issues, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure clients have the best experience with our products.
Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer issues and ensure all queries are addressed.
Work closely with product and development teams to provide feedback from customers.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and document solutions to common problems.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing issues and share best practices.
Assist in the creation of user documentation and training materials.

Requirements
Education
Diploma in IT or related field

3+ years of experience in a similar technical role
