Join our innovative team as a Clinical Research Associate, where you will be instrumental in conducting and overseeing clinical trials. You will work closely with clinical teams to ensure protocols are followed, data is accurately captured, and the highest standards of compliance are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of clinical trials ensuring proper adherence to protocols.
• Review and analyze clinical data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain effective communication with investigators and sponsors.
• Prepare reports and presentations for research findings.
• Participate in the development of study budgets and timelines.
• Monitor trial progress and address any issues promptly.
• Evaluate site performance and implement improvements as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related field
• Relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of clinical trial experience preferred
