Job Description

The Loan Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the loan application process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of applications and maintains effective communication with clients. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather information.
  • Support the loan closing process by preparing and analyzing required documents.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to resolve complex loan issues.
  • Continuously improve loan processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to confirm the status of their applications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business-related field
  • Certificate in Loan Processing or Mortgage Lending is a plus
Experience
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role
