Job Description

We are looking for skilled Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operators and Tenders to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing glue formulas and ensuring the adhesion quality of materials during production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various production equipment like driers and kettles.
• Verify the accuracy of adhesive formulations during production.
• Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure quality.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations.
• Support inventory management, including raw material orders.
• Work closely with team members to meet production targets.
• Identify and suggest improvements to production processes.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in an adhesive manufacturing environment is preferred

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes
• Experience with chemical handling

Soft Skills

• Strong work ethic
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
