• Operate equipment for the humane processing of livestock.
• Ensure quality standards are met during all phases of production.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets.
• Follow all safety protocols and hygiene standards.
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the facility.

• Matric Certificate
• Attention to Detail Ability to follow instructions accurately and ensure quality.
• Basic Computer Skills Proficient in basic computer tasks such as data entry.
• Communication Effective communication skills with team members.
• Teamwork Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• English (Fluent)

• Certification in Meat Processing: Possessing a certification in meat handling or processing would be advantageous.
• Forklift Certification: An advantage to operate forklifts and other machinery.
