Responsibilities
Operate equipment for the humane processing of livestock.
Ensure quality standards are met during all phases of production.
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets.
Follow all safety protocols and hygiene standards.
Assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment.
Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the facility.
Requirements
Education
Matric Certificate or equivalent
Experience
Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
