Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Specialization in critical care is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing experience, preferably in critical care

Technical Skills

• IV Therapy
• Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Specialization in Neonatal Care: Experience with neonatal care is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of Mental Health Nursing: Awareness of mental health nursing practices.
