Tech Innovations Inc. is looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure our software products are of the highest quality. You will be involved in every stage of the software development process, conducting tests, reporting bugs, and working closely with developers to ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve testing processes to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with other QA teams globally to align testing strategies
• Participate in root cause analysis for defects found in production
• Help create a culture of quality throughout the development team
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback for improvement
• Assist in defining quality metrics and key performance indicators for software
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA
• Support product releases and validate new functionality

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years in QA testing

Technical Skills

• Automated Testing

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Analyst

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with API testing: Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
