Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for new and existing clients.
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of customer success strategies.
  • Coordinate with support teams to resolve technical issues for clients.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to customers.
  • Contribute to customer retention strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or product management
