Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Johannesburg who will be the frontline of our customer service efforts. In this role, you will assist customers with their queries, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience with our brand.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Help Desk Software
