Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat psychological disorders.
• Conduct workshops and training for mental health awareness.
• Consult with families regarding treatment options.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities based on client needs.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions to enhance peer support.
• Keep current with research and advancements in psychology.
• Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Contribute to the development of our mental health programs.

Requirements

Education

• Master's in Clinical Psychology
• Additional training in specific therapeutic modalities preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in clinical practice

Certifications

• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
• Certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
