Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Medical Research Scientist who is passionate about transforming health outcomes through rigorous research. You will conduct experiments, analyse data, and collaborate with a team of experts to drive forward our clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative research strategies and methodologies.
• Conduct literature reviews to inform research design.
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders in the medical field.
• Present findings at conferences and workshops.
• Mentor junior researchers and interns in best practices.
• Assist in the management of project budgets and timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science or relevant field
• Experience with regulatory submissions is a plus

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in clinical research

Technical Skills

• Good Laboratory Practice
• Research Methodology

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in multi-centre trials: Experience conducting research across multiple trial sites.
• Knowledge of ethical review processes: Familiarity with the processes involved in obtaining ethical approval for research.
