Job Description

As an HR Generalist at our Pretoria office, you will play a vital role in shaping our company culture. Your expertise in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations will be key to fostering a productive and engaged workforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and implement training programs.
• Be a resource for employees regarding policies, benefits, and career paths.
• Oversee performance management and ensure compliance with HR guidelines.
• Help develop and implement HR policies that drive company culture.
• Support training initiatives and career development programs.
• Conduct surveys to gauge employee morale and engagement.
• Work closely with management to address workforce challenges.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure confidentiality.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and monthly reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in HR Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR position
