Job Description

We are seeking a passionate HR Generalist to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will ensure compliance with labor regulations and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Support onboarding and assist new employees in integrating into the company.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct workshops and seminars to promote employee development.
  • Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Implement and monitor employee engagement surveys.
  • Assist in the development of company policies and handbooks.
  • Coordinate with benefits providers to manage employee offerings.
  • Manage employee exit processes and conduct exit interviews.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in human resources
