Job Description

As an Event Planner at Event Management Solutions, you will be responsible for orchestrating all aspects of events, from concept to execution. Your creativity and attention to detail will ensure that every event is seamless and memorable. You'll work closely with clients to understand their vision, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed timelines and budgets for each event.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and venues.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients before, during, and after events.
• Develop themes and designs that align with client visions.
• Report on event outcomes and analyze success metrics.
• Lead event teams in executing duties during the event.
• Ensure the availability of all necessary equipment and materials for events.
• Assist in creating social media content to promote events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management
• Advanced certification in Event Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in event planning or coordination roles
