Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who will be responsible for leading our HR functions in Johannesburg. This includes recruitment, staff engagement, and compliance with labor laws. Your role is crucial in creating a positive work environment while aligning HR strategies with our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain HR operational procedures and manuals.
  • Ensure the effective management of employee relations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior HR role
