Job Description

As an Employee Relations Specialist in Durban, you will develop and implement strategies to foster a productive relationship between employees and management. Your expertise will be crucial in creating a positive workplace culture that promotes communication, collaboration, and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations issues and provide support for conflict resolution.
  • Implement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and surveys.
  • Advise on employment law compliance and policy development.
  • Support talent management strategies through engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data for patterns.
  • Organize workshops and training for staff on employee relations topics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is an asset
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources or employee relations roles
