Job Description

We are actively seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our operational team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and managing inventory with a keen focus on safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the scheduling of warehouse staff for optimal efficiency.
• Track and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Prepare and manage the warehouse budget, ensuring cost control.
• Handle any emergencies or difficulties that arise within the warehouse.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
• Certification in Warehouse Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or operations management

• Logistics Software Proficiency

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
