Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our Cape Town team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. If you are passionate about people and have a keen eye for compliance, this position is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts and lead talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and guidelines.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trends.
  • Support training and onboarding procedures for new employees.
  • Enhance employee relations by addressing concerns and offering solutions.
  • Organize staff engagement events and initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic HR planning and development frameworks.
  • Manage employee benefits and payroll inquiries.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on HR policies and practices.
  • Support diversity and inclusion efforts within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Master's degree in HR Management is a plus
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
