Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our clients and staff. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring efficient network operations, and assisting with IT administration tasks. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, patient, and has a passion for helping others solve their IT problems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external users.
  • Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
  • Perform system backups and restores as required.
  • Assist with the rollout of new applications and technologies.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and support.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk environment
