Job Description

We are seeking a Coil Winding Supervisor to oversee the coil winding process in our manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will ensure product quality, meet production targets, and manage a dedicated team of coil winders. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of coil winders to achieve production goals
• Conduct regular quality checks on production output
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
• Assess training needs and provide coaching for team members
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Coordinate with supply chain for availability of raw materials
• Participate in performance assessments and appraisals of team members
• Foster a positive team environment
• Drive initiatives for lean manufacturing practices

Advantageous

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma: Experience in applying lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of electrical components: Understanding of electrical systems and components related to manufacturing.
