Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed neuropsychological evaluations and developing treatment plans tailored for patients with neurological disorders. This role involves close collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients through neuropsychological testing and interviews.
• Work with healthcare teams to develop holistic treatment strategies.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and prognosis.
• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards in documentation.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to training programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) or Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology (PhD) from an accredited institution

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical neuropsychology

Certifications

• Board Certification in Neuropsychology from ABPP
• Licensed Psychologist in South Africa

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Familiarity with telehealth services: Experience utilizing telehealth technology for patient evaluations.
