Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing customer relationships, and effectively closing deals in the competitive real estate market. You will play a crucial role in helping clients find their ideal homes or investment properties.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Guide clients through the buying process, providing expert advice on properties.
  • Prepare and present competitive market analysis to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive company image to enhance our reputation in the market.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to increase visibility.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate
  • Degree in Business or Marketing is preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years' experience as a real estate agent or in sales
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software

Certifications
  • NQF Level 4 in Real Estate
  • Professional Real Estate Certification is a bonus
