Job Description

We are seeking a detailed-oriented Healthcare Administrator to oversee the administrative operations of our Pretoria facility. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient workflow of healthcare services, allowing our medical team to focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administrative team in delivering outstanding patient care.
  • Manage and update patient records electronically.
  • Liaise with medical staff to streamline workflows.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure all staff are trained on new policies and procedures.
  • Assist in financial management and budget adherence.
  • Supervise office audits and compliance checks.
  • Handle escalated patient complaints and concerns.
  • Oversee the procurement of medical supplies.
  • Assist in the development of training programs for new employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management
  • Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
