We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team in Kimberley. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating our operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will work closely with various departments to assess processes and identify areas for improvement. Your analytical skills and understanding of financial practices will be vital in enhancing our operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management practices.
• Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to financial regulations.
• Document audit findings and present risk assessments to department heads.
• Liaise with external auditors during the auditing process.
• Facilitate training on compliance and auditing best practices for staff.
• Monitor and follow up on the status of implementation of audit recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Certifications in Internal Audit (CIA) preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of auditor experience required
