Responsibilities

• Lead event briefings and ensure all team members are aligned on expectations.
• Timely deliver event materials to clients and ensure high standards are met.
• Evaluate event logistics and team performance post-event to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients.
• Work within budget constraints while delivering high-quality events.
• Utilize project management tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Proactively address any challenges that may arise during event planning.
• Attend industry networking events to promote our services.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Event Management or a related discipline

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role or environment

Technical Skills

• MS Office Suite
• Social Media Marketing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations: Understanding of health and safety guidelines relevant to event planning.
• Fluency in Afrikaans: An added advantage for client interactions in the Western Cape.
