Job Description

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing and placing candidates across multiple industries. Your ability to engage with clients, understand their hiring needs, and effectively manage the recruitment process will be crucial to ensuring successful placements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Screen candidates through phone interviews to identify top talent.
  • Negotiate salary offers and employment terms with candidates.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior recruitment staff.
  • Conduct market research to identify new recruitment channels.
  • Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.
  • Engage with industry professionals to build a network of potential candidates.
  • Oversee compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events.
  • Assist in employee retention strategies through effective placement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
