We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Consultant to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert tax advice, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting clients in maximizing their tax efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their financial situations and growth objectives.
• Prepare detailed tax projections and estimates based on client needs.
• Advise clients on the potential tax implications of business transactions.
• Review and streamline clients' internal tax processes.
• Provide regular updates on tax compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments for integrated client service.
• Handle client inquiries regarding tax issues and provide prompt resolutions.
• Support strategic decisions with thorough tax planning.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Taxation is advantageous

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a tax-related role

Certifications

• Registered Tax Practitioner
• CA(SA) Certification preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
