Construction Laborer

Job Description

As a Construction Laborer, your main duties will involve operating equipment to break stones into smaller sizes, inspecting materials for quality, and ensuring compliance with safety measures on-site.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate machinery for stone breaking and material handling.
• Monitor equipment functionality and report malfunctions swiftly.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in training new staff on safety and operational procedures.
• Document production activities and maintenance tasks.

• Support other laborers in various tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No prior experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided.
