Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings and coordinate efforts among the construction team.
• Analyse project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project expenditures to keep them within budget constraints.
• Facilitate communication between the client, architects, and engineers.
• Ensure that all construction activities adhere to environmental and safety policies.
• Document project changes and updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in construction management
