Preforms Laminator

Job Description

The Preforms Laminator will be responsible for operating a lamination machine to produce preforms for the packaging industry. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings as necessary to meet production requirements.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on minor machine issues.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Document any quality control issues and work towards resolving them.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to health and safety.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Technical diploma in machine operation is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in similar manufacturing or packaging roles.

Technical Skills

• Lamination machine experience
• Quality assurance techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent
