Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure computer systems and applications.
• Manage user access and user management procedures.
• Perform regular maintenance on IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Keep detailed records of support tickets and resolutions.
• Identify and recommend improvements to IT processes.
• Provide training to staff on new technology and updates.
• Work with IT projects as needed to support upgrades or implementations.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL are advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support roles
