Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a keen understanding of project management methodologies, along with excellent communication abilities to liaise with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closing.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
• Prepare and submit project status reports to upper management.
• Ensure risk management and compliance with applicable laws.
• Train and mentor junior project staff.
• Manage relationships with various vendors and contractors.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Civil Engineering is a plus
• PMP or similar certification desired

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project management
