We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Whitewater Rafting Guide to join our adventurous team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading groups of individuals through thrilling whitewater rafting expeditions, ensuring their safety, and providing an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of safety measures during all rafting activities
• Facilitate team-building exercises to foster group dynamics
• Report incidents or accidents to the Operations Manager immediately
• Engage with clients post-trip to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
• Assist in training new guides and support staff
• Organize equipment and oversee maintenance checks on a regular basis

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Any additional relevant certifications will be considered

Experience

• Experience in managing emergency situations on the water

Technical Skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Soft Skills

• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Adaptability and flexibility

Certifications

• First Aid requirements must be kept current

Languages

• English: Fluent
