Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. You will play a critical role in managing client relationships, responding to client needs, and driving strategic initiatives to ensure our clients are successful.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of product/service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client needs are met.
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
  • Analyze sales performance and tweak strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align client strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or business development
